Trek Yourself Well
Mindful Hiking and Trekking in South Wales
''When we are out on a group walk, we will take plenty of stops for a few minute’s silence here and there, and use this time to observe and listen to our surroundings. We can keep our eyes open, or close them if we wish. After we’ve taken these few minutes for ourself we might like to take a moment to reflect. Were there any particular sights (if you had your eyes open), sounds, smells and sensations that captured your attention?''
